We would like to add that Normie’s Spirit has been an inspiration to all Fun Loving Dragon Boaters in Waterloo Dragon Boat Festival since their first year ten years ago. They introduced Dragon Boating to many people over the years so much so that they provided a number of spares for needy teams each year. Their energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude is contagious and contributes to their TEAM approach to life. They represent the Heart and Soul of our event.
