• NOTE: A printable Application Form, Team Roster List and Waiver in Word format can be downloaded or obtained by e-mailing Bill LaRose at bill.larose@sympatico.ca

  Entry is limited to 90 teams (maximum) for this event but there are still spaces available to get into this Dragon Boat Festival. Your deposit of $200 secures your team's entry. The balance of the Entry Fee Payment is due July 7th, 2007 or before your practices start.

• Entry fee is $850.00 per team. Practices, boats, life jackets, paddles, instruction and steerspersons (if necessary) are all included in the entry fee. You receive a $100 discount if you provide your own qualified steersperson. Please also note that fanny pack PFD's are not allowed as a qualifying personal floatation devices

• Please make cheques payable to: KIWANIS CLUB OF ELMIRA, INC.

• CHANGED!!!!!! Grand River Conservation Authority (Laurel Creek) is not charging a RACE DAY Pass Fee for Saturday, July 19th, 2008. The Practices and the Race Day will be FREE so long as you have your Dragon Boat PASS. This cost is now included with your Registration Fee. Your Captain will be delivered passes before your first Practice.

• Limited reserved camping is available at Laurel Creek Conservation Area. You are advised to BOOK AHEAD. For reservations call (519) 884-6620
